Our prix-fixe five-course dinner with freely-poured white and red wine pairings is $85.00 per person excluding tax & gratuity. The dinner is prepared and presented by a husband and wife team. Robert's daughter, MariElena, is a young stellar CIA graduated chef. She creates dishes with imagination and ingenuity and they speak for themselves with contemporary flair. The proof is in the attention to detail of flavor, seasonal choices and style of presentation. All play a key role in our guests' experience such as the choice of entrées, the perfect standout, chateaubriand of beef(beef tenderloin), fresh off-the-hook fish.

Our pre-fixe menu experience proves diners are saved from decision-making. However, our staff is keen on taking cues from guests with alternate diet requirements. Her husband and wine columnist, Joe Raya, also a CIA alumni and currently seeking a Diploma in Wine & Spirits from the prestigious WSET in London, pairs the generously poured all-inclusive wines with flavorful expertise and style. Both white and red are ideal partners for the well-orchestrated dinner. Guests can supplement a Cava cocktail or Champagne with dessert. Manager Joe delights in printing a personalized menu for each table. Our staff anxiously and unreservedly serves guests as royalty throughout their repast.
